Candela

Candela is a rat who has been permanently banned from the discord server over 5 times, under the usernames "Candela", "Chia", "Fedora", "Lumiere", "Teru", and "Norea". Their ban was at first caused due to constantly pinging members, including Jpeg, and generally annoying members of the community. After first being banned, they attempted to evade the ban multiple times, usually unsuccessfully, and getting banned quickly after joining.
